Noel is a proud father of three children, and is an active member of his community contributing to fund raisers and charitable events. Always a top producer, Noel graduated from Queen s University with a Psychology degree while balancing a football career with the Vanier Cup Champions in 1978. He began his Real Estate career in 1981 with the almost legendary Darrell Kent Real Estate where he was a top producer for 10 very successful years.

Noel has co-founded several different highly successful real estate offices in Toronto, recruiting and running the operation of dozens of highly successful sales people. In late 2007 he made the progressive move to Keller Williams Advantage Realty as part of the ownership group and Team Leader for the evolving Team Trump sales force.
